Refund policy

At The Flex Level, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags and packaging must be intact.
• A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
• Items returned without original tags.
• Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
• Gift cards (if applicable).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. For size exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
